Welcome to Phone2repair's Phone Repair Service! These terms and conditions govern your use of our phone repair services for a period of six months, commencing from the date of your first repair request. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Repair Services
Eligibility: Our phone repair services are available to individuals and businesses who own or possess the devices they want to repair.

Service Guarantee: We will make reasonable efforts to repair your phone within the agreed-upon time frame. However, repair times may vary depending on the extent of the damage and the availability of replacement parts.

Warranty: We provide a 6 months warranty on all repair services. During this warranty period, we will repair any issues related to the original repair free of charge, provided the device has not been subjected to misuse or damage.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes: We will provide you with a cost estimate for the repair before commencing any work. The final price may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.
Payment: Payment for repair services is due upon completion of the repair. We accept UPI, Cash & Other means for payment.
Device Pickup and Delivery
Service Description:

The doorstep delivery service is provided to return a repaired mobile phone to the customer's specified address.

The service may include the delivery of the repaired device, verification of its functionality, and any necessary paperwork.
Eligibility:

This service is typically available to customers who have utilized the repair services of the provider.

The customer must provide accurate and complete information for scheduling the doorstep delivery.
Scheduling and Confirmation:

The customer will be provided with a delivery date and time window.

The service provider will confirm the delivery details through email, SMS, or phone call.

Changes to the delivery schedule must be communicated to the service provider in advance.
Payment:

The cost of doorstep delivery may be included in the overall repair service fee or billed separately.

Payment methods and terms will be specified by the service provider.
Delivery Address:

The customer must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.

The service provider is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Process:

The service provider's technician or courier will deliver the repaired mobile phone to the specified address.

The customer or their authorized representative must be present to receive the device.

A valid photo ID may be required for verification.
Verification and Acceptance:

The customer or their representative should inspect the device for any visible damages or discrepancies.

If any issues are identified, they should be reported immediately to the delivery person and documented.

By accepting the device, the customer acknowledges that it has been delivered in a satisfactory condition.
Liability:

The service provider is not liable for any damages or loss of the device during transit.

Any damages or issues with the device that arise after delivery may be subject to the service provider's warranty terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The customer may cancel or reschedule the doorstep delivery by contacting the service provider within a specified time frame.

Privacy and Data:

The customer is responsible for safeguarding their personal data on the device.

The service provider is not responsible for data loss during the repair or delivery process.
Force Majeure:

The service provider is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes related to the doorstep delivery service will be resolved in accordance with the service provider's dispute resolution policy.
Customer Responsibilities
Backup Data: The Customer is responsible for backing up all data and information from their device before bringing it in for repair. The Company is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

Password Removal: The Customer is required to remove any passwords, locks, or security measures from the device before submitting it for repair. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Verification of Repairs: Upon receiving the repaired device, the Customer is responsible for verifying that all requested repairs have been completed to their satisfaction.
Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from our repair services is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control.
Termination
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and refuse service to anyone for any reason
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Updates: We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
